Maintenance Mechanic

The Job

You Will Perform:

• Be proficient in all IP safety requirements.
• Have job-specific skills for monthly PM inspections.
• Provide maintenance support to all production equipment.
• Develop fundamental electrical skills for basic troubleshooting.
• Demonstrate job-specific knowledge and leadership during major projects.
• Have at least five years of industrial mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Be a fully functional maintenance person with strong knowledge of lubrication, hydraulics, welding, and pneumatics.
• Show excellent teamwork, cooperation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to cross-train in other technical areas.
• Work all shifts, call-ins, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Able to work with a computerized maintenance management system.
