Maintenance Mechanics

Dynacast, LLC, a Form Technologies Company, is currently seeking Maintenance Mechanics for all three shifts. Join a team that maintains all facility equipment at a company producing exceptional metal components for various industries. Shifts available: 1st Shift (7am-3:30pm), 2nd Shift (3:00pm-11:30pm), and 3rd Shift (11:00pm-7:30am).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot all equipment in the facility.
• Rewire and rebuild machines as required.
• Repair hydraulic, pneumatics, and electrical as needed.
• Interpret schematics and drawings.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Fabricate items when needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years industry experience in a manufacturing environment.
• A working knowledge of control circuits, process controls, plant electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and operation of machine tools is required.
• Ability to read schematic drawings and work from verbal direction.
• Die casting experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of PLC's is preferred.
