Maintenance MechanicLocation: Kansas City, MO Salary Range: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour / depending on experience, skills, and qualificationsPosition SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our manufacturing team in Kansas City, MO. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production equipment and facility systems to support safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, experience working in an industrial environment, and the ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a wide range of equipment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment according to established schedules.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical systems.Diagnose equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.Inspect machinery and equipment for proper operation and safety compliance.Repair and replace bearings, gearboxes, motors, pumps, conveyors, chains, belts, and other mechanical components.Read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and schematics.Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and continuous improvement projects.Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and parts usage documentation.Collaborate with production personnel to identify and resolve equipment issues.Follow all safety policies, lockout/tagout procedures, and company standards.Support facility maintenance activities including compressed air systems, HVAC equipment, and building infrastructure as required.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts as needed.BenefitsCompetitive PayMedical InsurancePaid Time OffPaid Holidays Email Your Resume In Word To Nate.Paules@CyberCoders.com Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
