Maintenance Mechanic

About the role

Responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of custom building products. Works closely with clients to understand their needs and translate those into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom building products based on client specifications
• Collaborate with clients to refine product designs and ensure they meet both functional and aesthetic standards
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure quality control
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in materials and technology

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the design and development of custom building products
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CAD software
