About the role

AFM is seeking a skilled Flowforming Engineer to join our team. This position will be responsible for designing and implementing flowforming processes to produce high-quality metal components.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize flowforming processes to meet product specifications.
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of flowforming processes.
• Perform quality control inspections and provide feedback on process improvements.
• Stay current with industry advancements in flowforming technology and materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in flowforming or similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of metallurgy and material properties.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with flowforming equipment and processes.
• Knowledge of flowforming standards and regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
• Experience with process simulation tools.

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
