Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain production and quality standards by ensuring the proper operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Perform equipment setup, adjustments, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues to minimize production downtime.
- Support and maintain production equipment including ovens, packing lines, and conveyors.
- Complete maintenance projects independently and efficiently.
- Follow all safety, quality, and food manufacturing standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial bakery and/or food manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Experience with plumbing, pneumatics, hydraulics, and cutting equipment.
- Service-oriented with strong responsiveness and communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and complete projects from start to finish.
- Process-oriented and methodical approach to maintenance activities.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Power Industrial Training Certification.
- Electrical troubleshooting and PLC diagnostics.
- Welding experience (MIG, TIG, and Stick).
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to walk, lift, climb, pull, push, carry, grasp, reach, twist, turn, and stoop throughout the shift.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 60 pounds.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, and flexible hours as needed.

Pay
$30.00 and up depending on experience
