Maintenance Mechanic 1 (1st Shift)

About the role

The role involves performing routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance checks on machinery and equipment
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues as needed
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment
• Document all maintenance activities and repairs in the company’s records

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or similar field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
• Knowledge of industrial machinery and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
