Compensation
COMPENSATION: The Salaried rate for this position is $75,000.00 to $96,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Qualifications
- Requires at least 2 years of experience in maintenance
- Requires 1-2 years of experience in a management role
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- The ability to manage as part of a larger team or manage function independently, without direct supervision
- The ability to multi-task is a must

Customarily and regularly directs the work of at least two full-time employees or their equivalent

- Responsible for developing and executing maintenance solutions to meet customer needs
- Executes facilities maintenance and upkeep following predefined specifications
- Leads, mentors, engages and develops teams to maximize their contributions, including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching, and managing performance
- Coach employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how it is to be achieved
Client Relationship
- Identifies client needs and communicates operational progress
- Delivers and models WEST as a foundation for excellent customer service
Financial Performance
- Ensure the completion and maintenance of P&L or client budget statements
- Deliver client and company financial targets
- Adopts all Aramark processes and systems, understands performance metrics, data, order, and inventory trends; educates teams on key levers to improve margins
