• Leading maintenance team across daily operations and shifts
• Performing routine maintenance and equipment repairs
• Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
• Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs
• Managing CMMS work orders and tracking performance
• Improving equipment uptime and reliability systems
• Establishing spare parts inventory systems
• Managing vendor and service provider relationships
• Supporting root cause and corrective action initiatives
• Enforcing safety procedures including lockout/tago

Profile

A Successful Maintenance Manager will have:

• 5-7+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing
• Experience leading or supervising maintenance teams
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of electrical systems
• CMMS/work order system experience
• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
