Maintenance Manager- Roswell, GA

Responsibilities

• Oversight of all maintenance operations including apartment turns, service requests, preventative maintenance, and curb appeal.
• Supervision of maintenance technicians and porter staff.
• Timely completion of resident service requests and make-ready schedules.
• Troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and building system issues.
• Maintenance of inventory, supply ordering, and control of expenses.
• Coordination with vendors to ensure work meets company standards.
• On-call rotation and emergency response participation.
• Regular inspections of building systems, vacant apartments, and grounds.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Prior experience as a maintenance supervisor preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general carpentry.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience managing older multifamily communities preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
