Maintenance Manager - Francis Heights

About the role

The Maintenance Manager at Francis Heights Apartments will oversee building maintenance functions, budget, and vendor contracts. This is an on-site position managing a 383-unit apartment community for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Patch and paint walls, trim, ceiling, clean and repair appliances, prepare units for new residents and complete plumbing and electrical tasks.
• Collaborate with Property Manager to ensure budgets are followed and achieved, meets or exceeds unit turnover timelines, ensures company procurement standards are met, and collaborates to ensure maintenance contracts meet or exceed quality and expense standards.
• Perform duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of experience in skilled maintenance work.
• Technical expertise in one or more building trades.

Qualifications

• Technical certifications preferred.
• Knowledge and skills in communication, problem-solving, reading and interpreting blueprints, using maintenance tools, and overseeing vendor work.

$25-28.00/hour, dependent on experience.
