About the role
The Maintenance Manager at OnTrac is responsible for maintaining and contributing to a safe work environment, supervising maintenance technicians, and ensuring proper and safe operation of facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to policies and procedures in the Company Safety Program.
- Supervise employee work levels and review work performance.
- Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities.
- Maintain all internal and external facilities and equipment for proper and safe operation.
- Accurately complete documentation applicable to machine and facility service and maintenance.
- Immediately respond to requests for attention to process and/or facility issues affecting production operations.
- Maintain and purchase an adequate inventory of required spare parts, materials, and equipment for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Implement all maintenance projects and machinery installations as defined by management.
- Supervise janitorial team and maintain building cleanliness.
- Troubleshoot facility IT hardware with assistance from helpdesk.
- Perform any other task or assignment as deemed necessary by the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, warehousing or logistics environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in preventative and corrective maintenance of conveyor systems and material handling equipment, or equivalent combination of education and specific work experience.
- Technical degree or trade school certificate preferred.
- Proficiency reading blueprints and schematics.
- Working knowledge of PC and CMMS systems.
- Excellent mechanical skills.
- Leadership skills required, management experience is desirable.

Pay
The expected starting base pay range for this position is $99,560 to $124,450, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $99,560 to $149,340. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.
Schedule
Monday through Friday plus on-call weekends (Hours subject to change depending on business needs).
