About the role
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance tasks to ensure facility operations are running smoothly.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to manage repair and replacement projects.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues affecting facility operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facility maintenance management.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with facility management software.
- Knowledge of OSHA and local building codes.
