What You Will Contribute To The Team

As a Maintenance Manager, you will:

• Oversight of the Maintenance Department to ensure cleanliness, safety, and comfort.
• Supervision of the team and management of operations, repairs, and maintenance of boilers, compressors, generators, HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Planning and execution of repair programs, new construction, and equipment installations.
• Tracking spending and labor budgets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years' experience in the operation of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Knowledge of reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring schematics, and building codes.
• Understanding of safety regulations and maintenance practices.
• Ability to plan and execute repair programs, new construction, and equipment installations.
• Ability to control and track direct spending and labor budgets.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a healthcare facility.
• Supervisory experience.
