Duties And Responsibilities
- Provides leadership in support of the Company’s Zero Harm Goal of Achieving an Injury-Free Workplace.
- Manages Buildings and Grounds activities.
- Manages contractors as necessary.
- Makes reliability recommendations to Process and Reliability Engineers based on data analysis.
- Implements critical care plans (PMs, Predictive, critical equipment).
- Creates and participates in reliability improvement initiatives providing guidance to the Maintenance personnel.
- Ensures effective equipment troubleshooting, including root causes identification and action plan implementation.
- Oversees PDM work.
- Reports and explains budget variances.
- Performs other related duties, as required.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or at least 10 years in salary maintenance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance field, '1-2 years maintenance manager / supervisor experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- SAP experience (Preferred).
