Maintenance Manager
About The Role
The Senior Maintenance Manager provides strategic leadership for all maintenance systems to drive continuous improvement, reliability, and operational excellence across the facility in Othello, WA. This role is accountable for maintenance governance, CMMS effectiveness, budgeting, and large-scale maintenance initiatives, ensuring all equipment and systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead maintenance strategy, governance, and system improvements to enhance reliability and operational performance
- Oversee CMMS effectiveness, including work order management, data accuracy, and schedule compliance
- Establish, track, and improve maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR) to drive equipment reliability and reduce downtime
- Manage maintenance budgets, cost controls, and support large-scale maintenance and capital projects
- Develop, coach, and lead the maintenance team while driving a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and collaboration
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
- 5–7 years of progressive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing teams
- Strong knowledge of maintenance systems, reliability practices, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with CMMS platforms and maintenance KPI tracking (MTBF, MTTR)
- Proven ability to manage budgets and control maintenance-related expenditures
- Familiarity with plant systems documentation, process flow diagrams, and maintenance planning tools
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar design tools preferred
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Commitment to safety, environmental compliance, and operational excellence
About The Team
You will be part of the Maintenance & Engineering team in Othello, WA, reporting to the Engineering Manager. This role directly leads approximately two salaried team members and collaborates closely with Project Engineers and Reliability Engineers to drive site-wide maintenance strategy and performance.

Compensation Package
$97,500 - $130,000 USD annually + Bonus eligibility The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
