Maintenance Manager

RPM Living is looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead the team at their stunning, brand-new apartment community, Cerca, in Glenview, Illinois!

About the role

The Maintenance Manager will oversee all aspects of property maintenance, ensuring that the community remains in excellent condition. This includes managing a team of maintenance professionals, implementing preventative maintenance schedules, and addressing tenant requests promptly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the maintenance department
• Manage a team of maintenance professionals
• Implement and manage preventative maintenance schedules
• Address tenant requests and complaints promptly
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Work closely with the Property Management team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or related field
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
