Maintenance Manager
Maintains the physical condition of the interior and exterior systems and machinery of the community campus as directed by the Director.
- Completes work to personalize and maintain apartments to delight prospective residents with their new home in support of the community sales process.
- Affords assistance to residents with simple requests.
- Finds appropriate associates to assist residents with more complex needs.
- Models a pride of ownership in community appearance.
- Supports open and honest communication with and between all associates.
Requirements
- High school graduate required, some college preferred.
- Three to five years’ experience as a supervisor and/or in a maintenance lead role.
- Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology, including: Microsoft Office applications, internet-based and custom applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Special Requirements/Certifications
- Technical training or HVAC certification is desirable.
Pay
$68,000-$74,000/yr
