Maintenance Manager

Manage and Direct

• Maintain the integrity and operation of all Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry and Mechanical systems
• Oversight of all operations, maintenance and compliance of pools, spas, and wasteplant

Guest Service

Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.

Safe Work Practices

Encourage, promote, train and enforce safe work practices

Communication Skills

Possess and demonstrate proficiency in communication skills (both verbal and written)

Reports

• Accurate and concise written and verbal reports to Facility Director and associated regulatory agencies as required

Computer Skills

• Utilize various basic computer programs such as: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook
• Utilize our Building Automated System software

CMMS Management

• Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management Software by updating, deleting and confirming information on all equipment as it changes

Troubleshooting and Repair

• Oversee and monitor electrical, HVAC, plumbing and carpentry trouble shooting and repair

Budget Management

• Work within the guidelines of an approved budget, tracking progress and providing input for future budgets

Supervision

• Direct, coach and supervise all subordinates in the performance of their duties

Schedules and Inventories

• Establish schedules and provide a daily work list to all direct reports
• Work closely with the Expeditor in establishing and maintaining critical parts and materials inventories

Evaluations

• Conduct timely periodic performance evaluations of subordinates as required

Facility Improvement

• Research and provide information pertaining to facility improvement and capital projects

Interdepartmental Liaison

Be a laison between the Maintenance Department and the rest of our internal and external guests

Other Tasks

All other assigned tasks by the Facility Director
