What You'll Do
- Lead all preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime and production efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and repair processing and packaging equipment.
- Develop and improve preventative maintenance programs.
- Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and spare parts inventory.
- Lead and mentor maintenance technicians while promoting a strong safety culture.
- Partner with Production, Quality, and Operations to minimize downtime and improve overall plant performance.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased equipment reliability.
What We're Looking For
- Previous Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Lead experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience working with: Conveyors, Fillers, Packaging equipment, Hydraulics, Pneumatic systems.
- Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting preferred (programming experience is a plus but not required).
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs and CMMS systems is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
