Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Maintenance Manager oversees all maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring that systems are maintained to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment repairs and replacements.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Monitor energy consumption and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in facility maintenance management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with building automation systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay

$80,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
