About the role
The Maintenance Manager leads the maintenance department personnel in maintaining facilities and equipment to increase efficiency and promote a safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance department functions and personnel for assigned facilities
- Cook up preventative maintenance with production planning staff
- Receive and review requests for maintenance and prioritize maintenance activities based on urgency and availability of resources
- Inspect equipment regularly to identify current and potential maintenance needs; recommend equipment upgrades or modifications
- Maintain records and documentation related to repairs made
- Manage work of technical maintenance staff, contractors or subcontractors
- Practice Creative Foam’s values in a positive manner at all times
- Work overtime as required based on business needs and/or operational requirements
- Perform all other tasks as requested and required
