Maintenance Manager
Achieve Reliability
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading the reliability function, ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards, and maintaining a food safety culture. They manage the maintenance budget, ensure adherence to reliability and maintenance processes, and oversee the reliability workforce.
- Develops and controls the maintenance budget
- Ensures Bunge standard reliability and maintenance work processes are followed
- Manages the reliability workforce, succession plans, skills assessments, and training
- Manages the spare parts warehouse to maintain critical spares, minimize inventory, and automate materials requisition functions
- Periodically benchmarks performance and identifies opportunities for improvement
- Enforces Management of Change processes
- Executes the reliability strategy
- Fosters a proactive maintenance culture through techniques like Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Implements organizational structures, systems, tools, and technologies to promote proactive maintenance
- Develops, recommends, and implements strategies for improving reliability of manufacturing processes
Drive Performance
The Maintenance Manager ensures excellent environmental, health, and safety performance, and commits to a food safety culture. They develop and control the maintenance budget, ensuring it supports capacity and asset reliability. They manage the reliability workforce and foster a proactive maintenance culture.
Manage Resources
The Maintenance Manager manages the spare parts warehouse, automating materials requisition functions and minimizing necessary inventory. They enforce Management of Change processes and ensure the reliability strategy is properly executed.
Lead Change
The Maintenance Manager leads change management studies and signs off on identified changes. They provide input on change management studies and ensure effective use and integration of standard corporate work order planning, scheduling, and materials kitting.
Grow Your Career
The Maintenance Manager develops and recommends strategies for improving reliability of manufacturing processes, fostering a proactive maintenance culture, and executing the reliability strategy. They also manage the reliability workforce, succession plans, skills assessments, and training.
