Maintenance Make-Ready Technician
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep properties in good condition.
- Respond to resident requests for repairs and make-ready services promptly.
- Assist in organizing and implementing make-ready projects for new units.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding property maintenance.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Proficiency in basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
