About the Role

This is an immediate, full-time position where you’ll maintain and repair production equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to equipment issues to minimize downtime. You’ll collaborate with the production team, troubleshoot problems, and recommend improvements for efficiency and safety. Responsibilities include basic facility maintenance, emergency repairs, inspections, part replacements, parts inventory management, and documenting maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production equipment to ensure minimal downtime
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation issues
• Collaborate with the production team to keep operations running smoothly
• Inspect equipment, replace parts, and manage parts inventory
• Document downtime and maintenance activities
• Recommend improvements for efficiency and safety
• Handle basic facility maintenance tasks

Requirements

• Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance
• Ability to identify and resolve mechanical issues independently
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Crown material handling equipment is a plus
• Basic knowledge of electrical, automation, millwrighting, or plumbing is beneficial
