Maintenance Line Mechanic - 2nd or 3rd Shift (starting wage $32.25/hr)

Pay

Starting pay is $32.25 per hour. A shift premium of $2.00 per hour is added for the 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Schedule

2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

3rd Shift: 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to prevent downtime.
• Set up and change over production lines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues during production.
• Improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Partner with Production, Quality, Sanitation, and Engineering teams.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and food‑safe manufacturing environment.
• Use SAP to document maintenance activities and manage work orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance, line mechanic, maintenance technician, mechanical technician, manufacturing maintenance, food manufacturing, packaging equipment, conveyor systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, or mechanical troubleshooting.
• Pass a mechanical skills assessment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Hold (or obtain) a forklift license.
• Read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
