Maintenance Lead - Packaging

About the role

Molson Coors is seeking a Maintenance Lead for its Packaging Operations in Fort Worth, Texas. The leader will ensure optimal functioning and reliability of plant assets and processes, drive change‑management initiatives, and support the operations manager group in developing short‑term tactics and a five‑year brewery strategy. This position reports to the Line Lead and works closely with the Process Lead, Skilled Trades, and Operators.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in Line Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings and execute the daily plan, reporting results of the previous 24 hours, including project management, breakdowns, and maintenance log insights.
• Support development and lead portions of Line DDS, 90‑day loss‑elimination plans, and the annual maintenance plan.
• Own the Maintenance, Planning and Scheduling System; lead scheduling of maintenance work per the annual plan and monthly identified work.
• Ensure revision and updating of Maintenance Technical Documentation as needed.
• Own the breakdown elimination DMS and drive breakthrough results in planned and unplanned downtime, delivering KPI results.
• Coach and serve as a resource for the line team; actively participate in Line DDS‑DMS meetings and execution of maintenance plans.
• Act as liaison between the Operational team and Asset Care team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achievement in a high‑speed, high‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience driving World Class Supply Initiatives to meet challenging objectives.
• Strong diplomatic, professional judgment and ability to develop and maintain excellent business relationships.
• Results‑oriented with a history of delivering measurable outcomes.
• Motivated leader who inspires others, respects commitments, and develops team members.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plant Engineering.
• Experience in asset care/maintenance and prior work in maintenance planning/scheduling.

Pay

Salary range: $83,200 – $109,200 per year (posting salary range) plus a 10 % target short‑term incentive. The company also spends an average of $23,000 per employee on benefits, including health, dental, vision, retirement with an above‑market employer match, wellness incentives, and EAP. Paid time off includes holidays, vacation days, and sick days.
