What You’ll Be Brewing
- Participate in Line Daily Direction Setting meetings
- Execute the daily plan, including reporting results
- Own the maintenance, planning, and scheduling system
- Build capabilities in the operating teams and equipment owners
- Support the plants compelling business needs
- Act as liaison between the operational team and the maintenance team
- Direct the work of hourly employees within their assigned production areas
Key Ingredients
- Minimum 1-3 years in asset care or an engineering management environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plant Engineering, or Asset care or equivalent work experience
- Experience with maintenance scheduling
- Ability to prioritize competing needs and have strong problem-solving skills
- Capability of leading change and coaching and training others

Pay And Benefits
- Total Rewards Offerings: $83,200.00 - $109,200.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days)
