Maintenance Lead - Packaging

What You’ll Be Brewing

• Participate in Line Daily Direction Setting meetings
• Execute the daily plan, including reporting results
• Own the maintenance, planning, and scheduling system
• Build capabilities in the operating teams and equipment owners
• Support the plants compelling business needs
• Act as liaison between the operational team and the maintenance team
• Direct the work of hourly employees within their assigned production areas

Key Ingredients

• Minimum 1-3 years in asset care or an engineering management environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plant Engineering, or Asset care or equivalent work experience
• Experience with maintenance scheduling
• Ability to prioritize competing needs and have strong problem-solving skills
• Capability of leading change and coaching and training others

Pay And Benefits

• Total Rewards Offerings: $83,200.00 - $109,200.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days)
