Maintenance Lead II - Senior Living

About the role

Greencroft Goshen is seeking a Maintenance Lead to support the maintenance needs of their senior living campus. The role involves performing daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing various systems, assisting with renovations, and ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems
• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
• Aid in renovation projects, room setups, and campus improvements
• Support seasonal responsibilities such as snow removal and grounds maintenance
• Coordinate maintenance activities and provide leadership within the department
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents, visitors, and staff

Requirements

• Three or more years of maintenance experience
• Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general building maintenance
• Ability to lift, climb ladders, and perform physically active work
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is a plus
