About the role
Greencroft Goshen is seeking a Maintenance Lead to support the maintenance needs of their senior living campus. The role involves performing daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing various systems, assisting with renovations, and ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems
- Complete work orders and preventative maintenance tasks
- Aid in renovation projects, room setups, and campus improvements
- Support seasonal responsibilities such as snow removal and grounds maintenance
- Coordinate maintenance activities and provide leadership within the department
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for residents, visitors, and staff
Requirements
- Three or more years of maintenance experience
- Strong skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general building maintenance
- Ability to lift, climb ladders, and perform physically active work
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
- Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience is a plus
