Maintenance Lead - 1st Shift Flexible Schedule

About the role

ORBIS is hiring a Maintenance Lead Technician to join our manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible and lead to ensure all company safety procedures and standards are followed.
• Plan, lead and complete repair and installation activities in plant equipment and facility.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies. Communicating purchase needs.
• Ensure completion of facility PMs on time and documentation in EAM.
• Identify and execute training opportunities in the maintenance and production teams.
• Interact with service vendors.
• Facility LOTO trainer to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Conducts regular inspections of the facility and equipment to detect and resolve problems.
• Actively participate, support, and sustain Safety, CI and 5S activities.
• Provides input on performance reviews.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Required 1-3 years of relevant work experience, specifically in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical knowledge or industrial maintenance
• Required 1-3 years of leadership experience

• HOURS ARE FLEXIBLE 4 10-hour week Mon - Thur or Tue - Fri
• 5 8-hour week Mon - Fri
