Maintenance I
About the role
We are seeking a Maintenance I to perform mechanical repairs and routine CNC maintenance while supporting day-to-day facility operations. In this entry-level role, you will focus on developing technical proficiency, executing standard maintenance tasks, and supporting team activities to meet business targets.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment (e.g. presses, mills, lathes)
- Perform routine CNC maintenance and inspections (runout, leaks, vibration checks)
- Level CNC equipment using machinist tools
- Support basic electrical and facility maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities
- Support team operations and contribute to departmental goals
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Basic computer competency
- Ability to stand and/or walk, bend, or crouch for at least an 8-hour shift
- Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel machinery, equipment parts, and work near moving mechanical parts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in a technical field
- 2-6 years of maintenance experience
- CNC maintenance experience
- Electrical certification (residential)

Pay
Expected Base Salary Range: $41,600–$60,777. The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation for this position. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, the geographic market of that location, candidate’s skill set, level of experience, education, and internal peer compensation comparisons among other potential factors. This role may be filled at different levels depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and business needs.

Schedule
This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office on a full-time basis.
