Maintenance I
Pay
Pay starts at $26.17 per hour based on position and experience. Night shifts (6 pm – 6 am) receive a $3 premium, and weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) receive a $2.25 premium.

About the Role
As a Maintenance I, you will work as part of a team with other Maintenance Associates and Team Managers, assisting in all functions of the maintenance areas as needed. Responsibilities include performing general sanitation of the maintenance department by organizing supplies, tools, and keeping the area neat, clean, and safe.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED (Associate's degree preferred)
- Minimum of six months of related mechanical or electrical experience and/or training
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
- Ability to lift 20–50 lbs
- Willingness to work in conditions involving climbing, high humidity, extreme cold, and extreme heat
Associate’s Degree or High School Diploma in Industrial Maintenance is a plus.
