Maintenance I (6:00am-2:00pm)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform basic maintenance applications
• Perform basic mechanical applications
• Perform basic plumbing applications
• Experience in floor maintenance including VCT floors and other janitorial duties

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must fill in for other maintenance staff as needed
• Must be able to work flexible, rotating schedule

• Must obtain Equipment Certification through company training

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• At least a High school diploma or equivalent and related experience
