Maintenance- HVAC Technician

Join the team at Fath Properties as a Maintenance-HVAC Technician, working as a Floater at our North Central Dallas properties.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of basic maintenance problems at the property, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Maintain occupied residential units and perform necessary repairs in make-ready residential units.
• Purchase and order supplies while maintaining a neat and orderly maintenance shop at the apartment community.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, Technical, or Trade School education.
• HVAC license and 2+ years' experience required.
• Plumbing and electrical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years residential maintenance experience.
• Leadership skills a plus.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Physical requirements:
  • Able to lift 75 lbs.
  • Able to climb ladders and steps.
  • Able to operate power equipment such as saws and drills.
  • Able to operate door locks.

Pay

$25–$33 hourly wage.
