Maintenance- HVAC Technician

About the Role

Join the team at Fath Properties! We are seeking candidates to fill Maintenance‑HVAC positions at properties in Greater Cincinnati and Fairfield, OH.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of basic maintenance problems, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
• Perform maintenance on occupied residential units and on make‑ready residential units.
• Purchase and order supplies while maintaining a neat and orderly maintenance shop at the apartment community.
• Hold a valid HVAC license and have 1–3 years of applicable experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or technical/trade school education.
• Valid HVAC license with 1–3 years of applicable experience.
• Plumbing and electrical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years residential maintenance experience.
• Leadership skills (a plus).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lb, climb ladders and steps, operate power equipment (saws, drills), and operate door locks.

Compensation

Hourly wage ranges from $25 to $33.
