Maintenance, Heart of Chelsea, New York

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position involves assisting in maintaining all mechanical systems as well as the general maintenance of commercial buildings. Key responsibilities include:

1. Performing necessary maintenance on all mechanical systems.
2. Aiding in the daily operation and general maintenance requirements of the buildings.
3. Carrying out preventative maintenance and repairs as directed by site management and the Facility Management Office.
4. Assisting with shipping and receiving activities.
5. Maintaining floors as needed.
6. Responding immediately to emergencies and client concerns.
