Maintenance/Handyman

We are seeking a responsible individual with hands-on experience in residential maintenance and general building upkeep to ensure residential facilities remain clean, safe, functional, and well maintained. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a variety of routine maintenance tasks including general repairs, sanitation and waste disposal, and day-to-day upkeep. Requirements Previous experience in residential maintenance or a related fieldExperience in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, painting, and plastering is preferred.Able to work independently, take initiative, identify maintenance needsRespond to repair and upkeep requests in a timely and professional mannerStrong verbal and written English communication skillsValid NY or NJ driver’s license and own vehicle required for daily workAbility and willingness to drive an agency van as needed Position includes a competitive benefits package that includes a 403B retirement plan, sick and vacation paid time off (PTO) and health insurance.
