Maintenance/Handyman

About the role

We are seeking a responsible individual with hands-on experience in residential maintenance and general building upkeep to ensure residential facilities remain clean, safe, functional, and well maintained. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a variety of routine maintenance tasks including general repairs, sanitation and waste disposal, and day-to-day upkeep. This full-time opportunity involves working at multiple residential locations throughout Boro Park and Flatbush.

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential maintenance or a related field
• Experience in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, painting, and plastering is preferred
• Able to work independently, take initiative, identify maintenance needs
• Respond to repair and upkeep requests in a timely and professional manner
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Valid NY or NJ driver’s license and own vehicle required for daily work
• Ability and willingness to drive an agency van as needed
