Maintenance/Handyman

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and hardworking individual to join our team as a Maintenance Manager at our storage facilities. The successful candidate will perform weekly checks, prepare units for renting, handle minor repairs, and assist with physical tasks as needed. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, averaging 12-16 hours per month.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly facility checks
• Clean out units to prepare them for renting
• Overlock delinquent units
• Perform minor handy work and small repairs
• Assist with heavy lifting as needed
• Be available within 1-2 days notice when required

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and can-do attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to perform physical labor
• Reliable commute or plan to relocate to Canton, OH before starting work
• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• 1 year of maintenance experience (Preferred)

Pay

$25 per hour, paid once a month after monthly hours are calculated.

Schedule

• Part-time, averaging 3-4 hours per week (12-16 hours per month)
• Flexible, self-determined hours (mornings, nights, and weekends)
