Maintenance/Groundskeeper (PT, Year-Round)

Texas Palms RV Park is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Part-Time Maintenance & Groundskeeper to help keep our RV community clean, safe, and welcoming. If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in your work, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Maintain park grounds, including mowing, trimming, edging, and weed control.
• Pick up litter and keep common areas clean and presentable.
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs on park facilities.
• Assist with RV site preparation and cleanup.
• Monitor park equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Help with seasonal projects and special maintenance tasks.
• Provide friendly, courteous assistance to residents and guests when needed.

Requirements

• Must pass background check.
• Must have valid driver license.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping and general maintenance.
• Ability to safely operate lawn equipment and hand tools.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
