Facilities Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
• Respond to work orders and emergency situations promptly
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure facility safety and compliance with health regulations
• Support the creation of safe, reliable, and welcoming environments across healthcare and social service facilities
• Collaborate closely with program staff to support community and client needs

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in facilities maintenance or related technical skills
• Knowledge of building systems such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC
• Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and work orders
