Maintenance & Grounds Technician

Description Apartment communities in Saco, Biddeford, and Old Orchard Beach seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and dependable individual to join our team. Under direction will be responsible for the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Excellent communication skills are essential as this position involves coordinating on a regular basis with management and coworkers, residents, and subcontractors. All members of the maintenance staff participate in a rolling on-call calendar. Broad Scope Of Duties repairs to appliances and fixturespatch holes in wallspaint building interiorsclean vacant units and interior spacesmiscellaneous carpentry repairschange locksgrounds keeping, landscaping and snow removal Rate of pay is $25 per hour.
