About the role

Renjoy manages 200+ vacation rental homes across Colorado Springs and Woodland Park. The role involves fixing and repairing various issues in these homes, often without the need for a licensed contractor.

Responsibilities

  • Fix & Repair — Handle tasks like replacing broken door latches, adjusting window locks, and fixing furniture.
  • Smart Home & Tech — Troubleshoot smart lock connectivity, replace batteries, and assist with device installs.
  • Seasonal Property Care — Perform tasks such as gutter cleanouts, portable AC installations, and furnace filter replacements.
  • Inspect & Prevent — Conduct thorough property inspections, tighten hardware, and prevent potential issues from becoming complaints.
  • Support the Field Operations Team — Handle tasks that require real skill, such as battery swaps and smart home resets.

Requirements

  • Strong general handyman skills — including hardware, fixtures, furniture, basic plumbing, and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Comfortable with smart home technology and able to troubleshoot basic issues.
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently and work in all Colorado weather conditions.
  • Proficiency in using field software and apps to manage tasks and documentation.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
  • High level of personal responsibility and accountability.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and escalate issues when necessary.

Qualifications

  • No trade license required.
  • Experience with smart home systems and technology.
  • Consistent performance and efficiency in meeting ticket counts.
  • Professionalism and respect for guest homes.
