Maintenance Generalist- "D" Crew- Russelleville, AR

About the role

This position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing all equipment and company assets while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Keep machinery running to maintain continuous production
• Set up, adjust and break down production line machinery
• Learn Tyson SAP software to make work orders and fill out the daily documentation that is required in the system
• Read and write as required
• Use math as needed to make work related computations for machinery, fluid capacities, etc.
• Lift over 70 lbs. daily and be able to work on your feet for a period of 12 hours
• Be willing to complete all required training for the job
• Work in a dusty environment and in temperatures of 50 degrees F or less
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

• Must be willing and able to work the D Shift Schedule. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 5pm-3am
• Must meet the safety goal of zero accidents
