Routine Duties
- Performs routine repairs and maintenance of plant and/or office facilities and equipment.
- Performs basic carpentry, electrical, and mechanical tasks.
- Works on plant facilities using hand and power tools.
- May interpret blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings, and specifications.
- May perform routine inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience building metal framed walls
- Minimum 5 years experience repairing drywall
- Minimum 5 years experience painting walls
- Minimum 5 years experience building wood framed walls
- Minimum 5 years experience remodeling office space or home repair
Safety requirements: safety shoes, goggles, and leather gloves are required for this position.
