General Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner
• Vary from repairs to preventative maintenance
• Include carpentry, plumbing, basic electrician work, HVAC, painting, and safely handling power tools while adhering to strict hospital guidelines
• Perform all assigned tasks in a professional manner to reflect the highest integrity of the Engineering Department

Requirements

• Experience in construction is a plus
• 2 year experience in general mechanical maintenance and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
• Basic computer knowledge
