Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, attend to walk-ins, and respond to emails.
- Check and create maintenance work orders.
- Process and communicate move-out notices for residents.
- Scan and attach documents.
- Maintain front desk space and bulletin boards.
- Receive mail and packages for maintenance coming from the front door.
- Create signs for office closure or out of service.
- Check out and check in loaned keys and dollies.
- Provide battery replacements for resident and light bulbs for CAs.
- Other general office support as needed.
Qualifications
Requires little to no related experience. Equivalency of 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience.
