Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls, attend to walk-ins, and respond to emails.
  • Check and create maintenance work orders.
  • Process and communicate move-out notices for residents.
  • Scan and attach documents.
  • Maintain front desk space and bulletin boards.
  • Receive mail and packages for maintenance coming from the front door.
  • Create signs for office closure or out of service.
  • Check out and check in loaned keys and dollies.
  • Provide battery replacements for resident and light bulbs for CAs.
  • Other general office support as needed.
  • Qualifications

    Requires little to no related experience. Equivalency of 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience.
