Maintenance Foreman

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance professionals to ensure efficient and timely completion of work orders and repairs.
• Utilize your HVAC skills to diagnose and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in our apartment community.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
• Cook up with vendors and contractors as needed to complete larger projects & make-ready apartments, as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory levels.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in apartment maintenance, with a focus on HVAC systems.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach team members.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
• HVAC certification AND relevant training preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Provide own hand tools.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to and from work, ability to go off site.

Essential Functions

• Regularly require the ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
• The ability to operate equipment.
• The ability to lift up to 50lbs.
