MAINTENANCE & FLEET TECHNICIAN (TULSA, OK)

We're looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance & Fleet Technician to help keep our Tulsa facilities, grounds, and fleet vehicles safe, reliable, and ready to serve our communities. Responsibilities
- Keep our Facilities Safe & Operational
- Manage and update work orders for facility maintenance requests
- Inspect facilities, grounds, and parking areas and report deficiencies
- Inspect and replace damaged ceiling tiles as needed
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair light fixtures
- Troubleshoot basic electrical issues
- Perform basic plumbing repairs, including sinks, toilets, and drains
- Conduct basic roof inspections as needed
- Keep our Fleet Road-Ready
- Perform and coordinate maintenance for the organization's fleet
- Track daily vehicle repairs, including pending and completed work
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs
- Ensure vehicles remain in safe, reliable operating condition
- Complete required vehicle inspections, including external and trailer lights
- Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance and other repairs
- Evaluate whether repairs should be completed internally or by an outside provider based on cost and effectiveness
- Recommend vehicle replacements or repairs when appropriate
- Identify and recommend qualified vendors and service providers
- Review and route vehicle maintenance and parts invoices for payment
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- CDL Class B with airbrake endorsement
- Basic electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance knowledge
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs on fleet vehicles

Pay
Competitive pay based on education and/or experience plus shift differential and holiday pay; tenure bonuses; employee referral bonuses
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.; hours may vary
Earn up to $3,000 in bonuses! Bonus paid at 6 months, 1 year, and 3 years. Relocation bonus negotiable.
