Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of brewing, packing, and support equipment.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of the process.
- Ensure maintenance areas are safe, clean, and orderly.
- Ensure proper cleanup after completed maintenance work.
- Maintain respectful work communications.
- Respond to production questions and issues and follow up as needed with supervisors and managers.
- Observe equipment in operation to prevent/diagnose potential problems.
- Identify, suggest, and discuss solutions to equipment and facility issues with management.
- Complete at least 90% of assigned work orders and PMs through our CMMS.
- Assign parts to work orders. Include communication/findings in work orders.
- Assist in pump rebuilds.
- Calibrate wastewater pH probes.
- Independently complete PMs on Packaging, brewing, and support equipment.
- Assume Facilities Apprentice responsibilities when needed.

Skills And Experience
- Previous facilities or mechanic experience required.
- Previous experience with a CMMS program a plus but not necessary.
- Previous experience in manufacturing a plus but not necessary.
- Electrician experience a plus but not necessary.
- Plumbing experience a plus but not necessary.
- Sanitary Welding experience a plus but not necessary.
Job Details
- Location: Milford, CT
- Salary: Commensurate with experience - Base salary and opportunities for performance bonuses. *Starting Rate: $27.50/hour
