Back To List Maintenance & Facilities Manager Apply Location Philadelphia, PA Posted Oct 14, 2026 Maintenance & Facilities Manager Salary $140,000–$160,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to NE US An established industrial manufacturer is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Manager to lead plant maintenance, internal tooling operations, and facilities at its Pennsylvania location, with additional oversight of a second manufacturing operation. THE OPPORTUNITY Lead maintenance and reliability programs to keep production equipment operating safely and efficiently. Oversee the internal machine shop/toolroom that supports tooling, dies, and replacement parts for manufacturing equipment. Manage plant facilities, utilities, contractors, maintenance budgets, and capital improvements. Lead and develop an approximately 30-person maintenance and facilities organization. Provide maintenance and operational oversight for the company’s second facility, with periodic travel. What You Must Bring At least 7 years of progressive maintenance leadership in a manufacturing environment. Experience leading industrial maintenance teams and managing plant facilities. Working knowledge of machining, toolrooms, or in-house fabrication of production tooling and replacement parts. Ability to manage maintenance priorities, budgets, and technical personnel across manufacturing operations. Apply
